On the form below you will construct your video.
STEP 1- You must decide whether you will use photos, videotape or both. Let’s start with the photos.
STEP 2- Number your photos in the order in which you want them to appear. Please number the back in the lower left corner of each picture.
STEP 3- Decide on what video clips (if any) you would like to use in your video.
To do this you will have to identify clips on your tapes by timecode.
Identify each tape first with a number. (ex. tape 1, tape 2 and so on).
Next, to identify a clip on a certain tape put the tape in your VCR and rewind it COMPLETELY.
Then on your VCR or VCR remote there should be a button called RESET or COUNTER RESET.
Press this button and the numbers on your VCR should reset to 00:00.
If you cannot locate the button you can eject the tape after it has rewound and then re-insert it.
This should also reset the counter on most VCR’s.
Then search through the tape and find which scenes you would like included in your video.
When you find what you like note the timecode on your VCR and a brief description of the shot.
Each clip you select should have a tape number, a timecode and a description.
e.g (TAPE 1@00:23:30-Little Johnny plays on the swings)
Select as many clips as you want from each tape.
Keep in mind that once you eject a tape you will have to reset the counter to obtain the correct timecodes of new clips you want included from that tape.
Also, if your video is already on a DVD just number the DVD, find your clips and note the timecode.
There is no need to reset the counter.
Be sure to include any chapter numbers (if any) when listing this clip.
e.g.( DVD1-Chapter2 @ 01:18:33 Litlle Johnny rides his bike)
Once you have all your photos and video ready your almost done!
STEP 4-You may insert a text graphic at any point in the video.
Usually there is one at the very beginning and at the very end but you may want to add more titles to separate your video into chapters if needed.

STEP 5-The final step is to select music.
You can select any song or type of music to play under any or all of your video.
